Booking Deposit A 10% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment online. This deposit reserves your appointment time and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. No-Call, No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your appointment without contacting us, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be: Charged a $15 late fee, and/or Have their service shortened to stay on schedule, or Be asked to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to excessive lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.

Payment: Payment is due at the completion of your appointment. We accept approved forms of payment listed at checkout. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of professional esthetic services, all services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will gladly discuss an appropriate solution!

Health & Safety: Please notify us before your appointment if you are pregnant, have started any new medications (including Accutane or prescription retinoids), have recently had cosmetic procedures, or have any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Your safety is our highest priority, and some services may need to be modified or postponed.

Agreement: By scheduling an appointment with Salt + Honey Skin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these booking policies and terms.
