These Terms of Service govern your use of the online booking experience provided by Salt + Honey Skin. Our booking website is powered by SpaSphere. By booking an appointment, purchasing services or products, or otherwise using our booking experience, you agree to these terms.
Appointments and booking
When you book with Salt + Honey Skin, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrive on time for your appointment. Services, availability, and pricing are subject to change.
Payments, deposits, and cancellations
Payments are processed through our payment provider (Stripe). Any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policy communicated to you at the time of booking applies to your appointment. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program
Salt + Honey Skin sends SMS text messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and replies to questions you send us.
How to opt in
You agree to receive these messages by checking the SMS consent box during online booking, or by giving your phone number and consent to our staff. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from Salt + Honey Skin text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at lilly@salthoneyspa.com or (715) 310-9700.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
